Try it when it matters

So the first thing I got was very poorly made. He had dirt on his chest that I couldn't wipe away, a spot on the front that looked almost burned, and so many broken white spots on his back and tail. I'm so glad I not only put it among my other Christmas gifts but actually checked it out. Contacted Revain and got a new one. It looks the same as in the picture. I'm deducting a star for first experience.
