This is a scarf with a button around the neck. I asked a question, is it a cape or a sweater. I bought it before I got the answer which was wrong. He is great. It's March now, so I've worn my coat a few times. I forgot to mention that I am in a wheelchair and this is perfect for sitting. Not fat and so warm. I love it!
