I mainly rent real estate. The light output of this device is excellent. It fits in my pocket which is great! But there are some cons that may require me to send it back with Godox or Flashpoint. What I don't like about this flash is the location of the power button. I always turn off my flash when I take it out of my pocket. I would like a more reliable switch. I also noticed that the flash is still on even though the power button is clearly disabled. The white balance on the Canon body is disabled. The white balance seemed too warm to me. I had to cover the pins on the hot shoe (no center pin) to allow the camera to set the correct white balance. This is an issue with every TTL firmware/trigger I've tried. so no newer problem. This is also happening with the Yongnuo brand. But what is by far the worst thing about flash is that the trigger settings override the device settings. This means that if I have a trigger set to 1/4 power, I walk into another room with a flash in hand and decide I have 1/8 power, I have to go back to the trigger to change it . Yes, you can adjust the power on the flash itself, but it doesn't matter. I can set the flash to 1/64 power, but when the shutter says 1/4, it fires at 1/4. This may not be a problem for some, but it is for me. I've tried speaking to customer service to resolve this issue to no avail. Even after sending the video of the problem. like they just don't understand what I'm talking about.
