Just received the power cord. Overall it seems very well done. All connectors fit snugly, cables are thick enough to power and charge my Dell Latitude laptop. The entire cable is approximately the same overall length as the cable originally shipped with the computer. HOWEVER, Dell's original cable is 6 feet from the computer to the Brick and 4 feet from the Brick to the outlet. This cable reverses the lengths: just 4 feet from the computer to the brick and 6 feet from the brick to the air conditioner outlet. That means when I'm sitting at my desk, the brick is hanging in mid-air, supported by nothing but the cable. And the brick is much heavier than the original brick. This may not be good for brick and computer connections. I prefer the way Dell tucks the cable where the longer part connects to the computer so the brick can rest comfortably on the floor.
