I rarely write reviews but even when I see other people talking about it I suppose there must have been, then there is the incentive to get her to write one. This is definitely not the case for me. I just wanted to write a review about their customer service. The pillow itself is good - I got it for a new cartilage piercing and I sleep on my side so I can't go a few months without sleeping on my side. It was a big help for that. However, what really made it that much better was the customer service. I contacted the company to get some more pillowcases and their help was outstanding. They sent me an extra pillowcase just because they contacted me, helped me with a few questions and kept in touch to update me on the status of my new pillowcase. Gina the President (as stated in her replies) I dealt with and she was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the companies that really go the extra mile for their customers. Thanks again!
