My 5 year old granddaughter begged for these templates for her fifth birthday! Of course I should have given them to her, but I thought they might be too complicated. I placed each of the thin stencils in an accordion for them with a contrasting colored paper behind. She loves them very much and has started to blossom as an artist. She works on this every free minute and loves to use "experimental" techniques like "mosaic" color lines under or over her work. She thanks me, Grandma, over and over again! Special watercolor and acrylic markers are a great addition for Grandma and Grandpa!
