I had an old PS/2 mouse that was replaced with this one. For some reason the old one was behaving strangely with my KVM switch. This new one is different but just as ergonomic. Wheel drag is good, but sometimes it stops between clicks and then gradually repairs itself. cause unexpected wheel spin. It's not that much and I can make up for it. I needed a PS/2 interface and it came with an adapter. You can see the red laser when you lift the mouse but there is no light leak like my old one. that's an improvement. Like I said, this is a good base mouse, just what I wanted.
