Finally found the perfect leggings for my 6 year old! They are high waisted so her panties are not showing when she bends over. They are made of thicker material than other leggings I've bought before. Also, they're not as tight around the hips. I have tried Target, Old Navy and other brands like City Threads but they are too low and/or narrow all the way down.
