At first I was skeptical about this insect killer. Looked a little thin. I don't know how this is supposed to work in the long run. But now it kills all the bugs that are flying around where I have it. Usually the closet in my shed is full of mosquitoes and other flying insects. Nothing I've used before has worked. But after placing this zapper for 24 hours, I discovered a massacre of flying insects in a pot collecting insect corpses. Today I changed it to my dog room. It's buzzing like crazy. The only problem I have is with one of my dogs. She is afraid of unusual noises. So salvation drives her crazy and she climbs all over me every time she hears salvation. I have to keep her off the zapper. It's not that the noise is too loud. The fact is that she is very sensitive to noise.
