Very good color (2700, no higher for indoors), very bright (as bright as others except maybe expensive 800 lumen units). The "pear" is beautiful even without markings, which made my wife very happy. We have 150 built-in boxes, so it's important to save on proper lighting quality. However, I will add that many dimmers do not work with LEDs. This is not a problem with LEDs, but with a dimmer, which requires a load of around 60W to function properly. The symptom is that you can't turn the light off completely, only to a very low level of brightness. It might not be a big problem for you. In cases where I have a string of 5-10 LEDs on a single dimmer, I only leave one bulb in the string that provides enough load for the dimmer to turn the light off completely. There is no difference in color and brightness. I can't tell which bulb. Still reduces power consumption from 650W to 150W (vs. 90W for all LEDs) for a string of 10 bulbs. Cheaper than replacing a dimmer, especially if you're replacing a bunch of incandescent bulbs with LEDs.
