Died after 2 months trying to use the warranty - they refused to cover it because it was said to be under the manufacturer's warranty period. I was relying on a no-renewal warranty that lasts beyond the manufacturer's warranty period, so I didn't save the packaging or paperwork, if any, when the headphones arrived. As soon as I registered the guarantee, I assumed that I was insured. We all know what ASsume is. Now I'm upset and I have a disappointed daughter. Not cool.
