Works perfect. IF DONE CORRECTLY.
All the bad reviews about not fixing it or fixing the One X probably because they didn't fix it. After inserting the stand into the slots on the Xbox, you'll need to slide it forward or back depending on your orientation. It doesn't require much pressure, but something is required. You hear a click and then you know it's locked.
