Doesn't work on Samsung Smart TV 2013

Antenna cable doesn't fit in the antenna socket hence no picture on TV. return device. The instructions are useless. I'm not a technician but you need more details about the TV - I think everyone knows what the window and the front of the TV looks like. We need to see the back of the TV and the location of the sockets. Please provide more details about the actual installation. Write your instructions for users who don't know anything.
