Right lens cracked in a week. The initiated return process for a refund and emailed instructions from reader.com states that used items will not be refunded and the item must be returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice (or a copy of the original invoice). I keep sending the product back but it came without the original packaging as it was a cheap flimsy box which I wouldn't even consider once I received the product. It is recommended to avoid these glasses and it is probably better to avoid all field readers. Revain promises a refund, so we'll see if reader.com accepts or declines the refund.
