Update 3/18/19: This pen continues to do what it was designed to do, has been beaten up and has exceeded all expectations. I carry it in my jean pocket everyday (perfect length so it doesn't stick out and sticks out when seated) it's sort of been through the wash 3 times (I know about it) 3 full cycles in the dryer on high heat, a few more in the dryer only with jeans, it was temporarily relocated when our 70ft jet boat got a call for some "questions", 2 seconds later two 1400hp motors spun 180 degrees at full speed. And with Force G my favorite pen was flung from my hand into the abyss. For the next 45 minutes, all I could think about was how frustrated I was at losing my trusty pen as we hurtled through the water at 40+ and doing constant twists and turns Everything calmed down and I gratefully found My lucky pen lay in a pool of salt water under the main staircase 40 feet from where I was. And everything was fine. Again! Each time I took it apart of course (very easy and smooth, much like cleaning your oil gun), rinsed when all washed, dried well, making sure the tube was free of paint chips (like every time in a dryer ), and then placed. Screw the bolt down with a drop of oil on the seals, I always write in blue, and a Schneider Slider 755 cartridge or Parker .7 metal gel cartridge always seems to run smoothly in ANY condition. I also use a ton of stylus and ripped off 3 (the trip to the laundry and salt water didn't help) and I bought the Cool Hand mentioned on Revain and they work like new. I am beyond impressed and use it more than any other pen I have had. I won't go into detail but it fits in the palm of your hand and handles itself, no cracks, no chips, nothing. Thank you Coolhand! The EDC pen along with the stylus must be short enough to clip onto jeans without looking lame, or too long to slip out of your pocket and lose it. I found all 3 in this pen but the style and look of this model is much more attractive than most others on the internet. I've been looking for another lost space pen bullet with black clip and pin for a long time, I think I've found the perfect model to top it. I like the versatility as I can use several different refills, I use the Schneider Slider 755 XB in blue, it writes very well and feels good in the hand, perfect weight. One feature I wasn't looking for but appreciate now is a shutter that hides the rubber stylus when not in use so the tip of the stylus doesn't rip on the keys or rub against anything when it's in the bag is. It sounds small, but I ripped off a few pen tips this way, nothing more. I really like this Cool Hand Pen and will be using it every day for a long time to come. I will, thanks! Cool carbon fiber touch screen stylus, compact size, deep skeleton pocket clip
