I've only used the smaller spoon so far so can't comment on the 2 big ones. Also, I've only used the small cookie dough scoop about 4 times and it worked fine, but I can't comment on its durability or use for harder ice cream. It's a bit tricky to clean, you have to squeeze the handle several times and move the scraper blade into the scoop to get under it. I dry it right away as I'm not sure if it's stainless steel and I don't want it to rust. In general very satisfied. I've never used anything like this for cookie dough and it definitely makes things easier with the same cookie size!
