This little numeric keypad has been tested GREAT! First I would say that this is one of the best "keyboard-like" accessories I've tested for an iMac/MacBook Pro in a long time. It wakes up the MacBook Pro correctly; can be used while charging (when the battery is low); You can use your existing MacBook Pro USB-C charging cable (so one less thing, even though a USB-A to USB-C cable is included) and it has some other really cool extra features (like the tab key to move in data entry fields). Otherwise, it's as close as you can get to the extended part of the Apple Magic Keyboard with number pad. Its space gray color does NOT match the space gray color of the MacBook Pro as perfectly as shown in the photos (but it doesn't contradict either). The wedge-shaped side profile isn't quite the same as the Apple Magic Keyboard (it's a bit thicker at the front edge). BUT it's a high quality "Apple type" and the buttons feel nice when pressed. In addition, it includes ready-made settings for use with a Mac. However, there is a way for Windows users to get the F-keys for Windows to work (which is explained in the attached guide, that covers it all). So overall this is a great product... very happy to have found it... and hope it helps others out there.
