I was disappointed that this pillow didn't fit me better or at all. I tend to have chronic neck pain from sleeping and have tried different types of pillows. Some work better than others, but none of them fully support my neck and relieve stiffness and pain. The eagerness with which I wanted to try this made it even more disappointing when I received it and found it to be very hard and with a sharp incline. What you want to do is keep your neck in line with your body. You do NOT want her lying on her side for hours while you sleep and the firmness of this pillow is exactly why. I've tried sleeping with it forwards and backwards and both ways were painfully uncomfortable. Although my instincts told me this pillow was not as advertised and was mostly junk, I slept with it for several nights in case I "got it wrong" or the memory foam would work and take shape or whatever. Unfortunately I was right from the start and this pillow is only good as a prop for my little one to race his cars.
