I don't normally write reviews on products I've purchased but this one definitely needs a review. There was no short circuit, I installed a new dimmer, turned on the light and another short circuit. I checked the light to make sure it wasn't a light that had been running on the same dimmer for over a year and all was fine. Replace and recheck any bulbs before putting them back in the fixture and they will burn out and arc again. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Spent more money and ended up with my old LED light bulbs.
