This shirt is perfect for summer. Thin yet tough. Not super soft like some fabrics but it is very comfortable in a way that linen-cotton is in high humidity. Go by the sizing chart but realize that it does shrink a little. I bought medium and it fit my 6', 195lb body fine, although I didn't want it super loose like you may for beach wear. It's all in what you want so go by the chart. I will say that I cannot even roll up the sleeves like the model in the pic. They are way to tight for my forearm. I can roll them up probably 2" which is still a good look.
