I ordered these for my teenage daughter. She had seen the product photos and was anxiously awaiting their arrival in the mail. She liked the look of these pants on the model, but they didn't look as flattering on her. Maybe we should have sized up. We ordered her regular size, and they aren't too small or tight, but they don't look as baggy as they do on the model. The fabric is also really thin. This probably makes it more comfortable, but my daughter thought it made the pants feel cheap and didn't like that her underwear lines showed through. The grey color has a definite purple tint to it. Her final verdict was that it felt less like she was wearing cute cargo pants and more like she was wearing work pants. She is 5'4" and 125 pounds; we ordered a size 6.
