Not at all the best in swimsuits and capes
Unfortunately I couldn't wear it until it got warm. When I put it on it fit, but it was unsewn on one side so I couldn't even put my bathing suit on. When I saw this, the return window was closed. Too bad. Wouldn't recommend this item to anyone. Nothing more to say but cute costume. I just can't wear anything that isn't cut right.
