We were able to find bugs that other vendors couldn't

I like how easy we can use this product with python scripts. It works very well when you have some large datasets. I also like that they provide free training material. There are many other products out there but none of them work as good with Python scripting.
So far nothing! They do offer a lot of support options from phone calls through ticketing systems to chat rooms which makes it easier to reach someone in case something goes wrong. Also they make sure everything gets fixed or at least addressed quickly.

Pros

The way their documentation is made available via website, downloadable manuals along side video/audio tutorials for example using scikit learn library helps one learn faster than ever before without knowing much about machine learning itself; all data preprocessing needs (data formatting) could be done right off by just giving input variables within GUI interface instead running commands individually inside terminal prompt no need knowledge required outside CLI environment ; great community
