Easy to put on and adjust. It is designed to fit all sizes. If it's too big, just cut the strap near the buckle. I've had similar woven straps that used a different locking mechanism. It has a buckle handle that you simply push down to allow the strap to slide even higher. When you let go of the handle, the strap will lock into place. Very simple design and beautiful belt. I will buy a few more in other colors.
