I have had bone spurs in my neck for many years and I toss and turn and wake up every morning with shoulder and neck pain. I've had another similar pillow on my "wish list" for a while, but saw this one at a great price and decided to treat myself. What's wrong with adding another pillow to my collection, right? This is really life changing for me! I read the tips that came with the pillow and I had to train myself to sleep properly, in an upright position and not curled up in a fetal position. After a few nights I decided to add some more bulking and now it's perfect for me. The cover is so soft and easy to wash. I decided to buy my husband such a surprise for Christmas as he also has problems with his neck. We got up this morning and I slept well but he said no. So I just ordered another one and will give it to him as soon as it arrives. Life is too short to waste it on pain! (If I were a really nice person I would give him my pillow but that's not an option lol!)
