The platform is very easy to use through our website or mobile application. Our internship manager has been really helpful in getting us hired by companies across the country! There are some issues with their customer service team though that it's difficult to reach at times. For example, sometimes I get into an interview but don't hear back from my contact there within hours/ days of scheduling a time. You can't see who else is available so it can be challenging trying to pick someone up as your co-hort (if that makes sense). My organization has found great success using this platform to find interns and trainees.
