The holder is very easy to assemble. That's pretty much the pinnacle of the fall. The mounting bracket itself is quite large and required a stand to mount it as the mounting point has a nearby protrusion. The flexible arm is quite tight and requires a lot of strength to bend. And yet this thing bounces around like rubber bands all the time as you drive. The mechanism for extending and folding the arms under the phone doesn't hold up well. It is very difficult to detach the phone with one hand as you have to reach backwards. If it then detaches, it can break and your phone will fall out immediately. Poor phone mount design. In general I don't recommend, especially in such a competitive market.
