Works well and deserves attention. Scosche uses a suction cup (not included) that comes with the GPS, or you can purchase a replacement. I knocked it off the dash once and the suction was gone, but other than that everything was pretty stable. I've had several Garmin units and they come with a clip-on ball mount that won't get lost. My dashboard is pretty flat and I think the Scoshe's more ribbed design gives it a little better grip on the dashboard. The Garmin device is quite flexible and better suited to curvy places, but I like it better for my current car and the 6-inch Garmin Drive Smart. Just a quick note, they all collect dust on the sticky rubber base and need regular cleaning to maintain their non-slip properties. Nothing beats a one piece mount but I haven't found one yet.
