UPDATE: I have returned and reordered and my new pair was perfect. I usually love RYKAs and only wear them for fitness. I ordered them to replace a pair of the same style that I had worn out. Uncomfortable but not critical. I tried the first one and it seemed a bit small to me. I figured it was because I was used to my old ones and they needed breaking in. I tried on the second one and they seemed even smaller. I took them off to check the size and noticed the labels looked like they had been applied twice. So I took off the top label and found different sizes underneath. One was originally labeled 7.5 and the other 7. I ordered 8.5. Not sure if these are even the right sizes - they didn't seem that small to me. Maybe 8 and 7.5. They even show up as two separate items on the packaging invoice, not one pair of shoes. Of course I'll send them back.
