Looks like a cheap vending machine but works surprisingly well. Much better than a disposable camera, plus it records video. When you factor in the cost of developing film, it's better value than a single-use camera if you're taking 48+ photos. Compared to a disposable camera (which tends to have a high ISO, making the camera more sensitive to light), this camera adapts better in bright sunlight. A slight downside is that you have to take the camera out of the waterproof case to switch from video mode to photo mode (unlike GoPro knockoffs that allow you to switch back and forth in the field). Before you start snorkeling, for example, you have to decide whether you want a photo or a video.
