They work, but turn the area around the eyes yellow.
Very light and doesn't transmit blue light, but I wear contact lenses and they make my vision worse when I'm using a computer. My biggest complaint is that they cast a yellow tint on your eyes. So when you are on zoom you look like your skin is yellow which makes me look sick.
