Review on 🎧 Westone AM Pro 10 Single-Driver Universal-Fit In-Ear Musician Monitors with SLED Tech & Detachable Twisted MMCX Audio Cable by John Warren

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Enough stage volume to feel the connection!

To give you an idea I play in a rock band so my rating is based on my experience in this medium. I've been using in-ear headphones for years, but I've always had the same problem: I want to hear the stage sound in addition to the headphone mix. The AM10 monitors provide just enough volume reduction to act as a musician's plug, yet let you hear what's happening on stage. Personally, I only have my voice through the in-ear headphones and adjust the volume to be comfortable for the stage sound. Build quality seems good, but I've only had it for a few weeks so can't comment on that. durable AM10s. They are available with a wide range of tip sizes in both foam and silicone. Finding the right size and style can take time by comparing and testing many options. The only thing that really bothers me about these monitors is the claim that they have a full response range - there's even a frequency chart on the box showing this surprisingly low response rate. In fact, they leave a lot to be desired on the bass side. Since I only use them to monitor my voice, that wasn't a problem, especially since they lack bass from the amps/monitors on stage. Overall I think these are fantastic monitors for the price and performance. I would love to try the more expensive multi-driver models to see what the difference is, but I am completely satisfied with my purchase. If you want to hear your voice AND the sound of the stage and audience, these are definitely better than headphones that isolate and block outside noise.
