I'm struggling more than usual with my orthopedic issues and have seen doctors treating physical therapy. For a specific reason I decided to order this device instead. My back hasn't been too much of a strain since that first day of deep tissue massage which was quite painful due to years of hard knots but proved very effective. Due to problems with the cervix, I think that a portable single ball device should be better used in this area. However, I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a good deep tissue massage with hopefully as excellent results as my back without the need for therapy or spa treatment.
