I think you should lie on the bed for the first time?

I will definitely update later. I have a couple of bulging cervical and lumbar discs and was hoping this would help with the pain and inflammation. It arrived tonight so I laid it on the floor in my studio and lay face up on it. I found the pillow to be better used as a lumbar support, so I put it there instead of under my head. After my 20 minutes was up I cleaned up and my legs were useless. My upper back felt great but my lower back was angry that I was trying to decompress things without consent. I had to crawl into another room and pull myself up to a half stand. Right now sitting on the kitchen chair having a shiatsu massage and trying to undo everything I've done. 2 muscle relaxants and 2 painkillers should get me some sleep but I hope to be able to work tomorrow.
