Review on 🌈 DITRIO 12pcs RGB LED Strip Light Kit, 12V DC, with 2 Red Blinking Brake Light Styles for Motorcycles, Trikes, Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs – M12r by Justin Sherman

So I installed this on my F6B Goldwing, this is the second time I've gotten a 12 piece ditrio. Google John Keller F6B and you can find it on my channel in the installation video, I installed it on my last bike and after about a year and a half it was still working perfectly until I sold it, although this time instead of two straps he's me not sure what happened but on my first long ride I taped a light blue one on. I can't turn it off with the remotes anymore, I've tried re-syncing both remotes but I have a bad feeling something in the control box has blown! It really sucks as it was a 4 hour install split over two days. I bought the latest set on eBay which I like. How can I contact the seller here? I cannot contact this seller. I'll update this as soon as someone calls me back from ditrio. I had to email them I don't have a support phone number I can find which really stinks! Update, I've upgraded my rating to three stars with one due to ditrio's customer service, I'm texting myself a few hours later the same day and want to send me a new full install without returning my others! They said I could add even more lights since these control boxes fit 24 lanes. Once I reinstall the control box I will update the review. I had a new set a day later so I changed my rating to a 5 also realizing it was user error! One of the wires was on part of my exhaust system and was burning red! Nothing to do with this set, Ditrio is great, buy it now but be careful when installing!
