This is a beautiful scale and it appears to be accurate. Possibly even BMI (although I don't know why anyone would even use that measurement. It seems useless). However, I doubt it can measure other things. For example, it's obvious that I lose a noticeable amount of subcutaneous fat after a morning bowel movement. Now I know why it's called "healthy". However, since most readings change with the wind, it is obvious that they are inaccurate. Maybe this can help to track trends over time (even if every single value is inaccurate), but I think for the most part it's just fun. When I see my body fat levels drop, I feel like I've accomplished something great. And maybe I have.
