Review on UPPERCASE Organizer Electronics Accessories Earphones by Max Rosengren

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Looks great on the outside but not so much on the inside.

If you're looking for a good tech organizer, most cases this size will cost less than $15. So when I stumbled across the UPPERCASE 9.0 organizer for around $25, I was expecting better build quality for the slightly higher price point it offers. When I received the case I had high expectations as the packaging looked pretty good. The exterior looked exactly as pictured on the Revain and the external storage zip and handle was a really nice feature. Upon opening the box, however, the interior was quite disappointing. The seams were crooked, the velcro on the adjustable portion was poorly cut and too big for the amount of felt it was intended to be taped to, and the general fragility of the dividers really killed this item for me. It didn't look as tight and hard as in the photo. It looked great from the outside, but inside it seemed like they skimped on materials and workmanship and looked a bit cheap. To be honest I think I would be ok with this case if it was $10 cheaper but not at this price point. Overall, it doesn't look like the premium you pay goes towards the product itself, but towards the marketing and packaging of the product (I'll admit it came in a really nice, sleek box). Pros: Case exterior looks pretty nice Outside pocket and handle have nice features Good quality zippers and easy to use Cons: Inside looks cheap and cheap Custom made was flimsy and didn't connect well with poorly cut velcro Look what it is cheap good value for money. imo Various comments: Nice presentation, marketing, product looks but that's probably what the extra $$ went for.

Pros
  • Internal mesh pocket and zipper keeps contents securely in place
Cons
  • No Performance
