Perfect for the whole family, including babies. It's really gentle and moisturizing; it does not strip hair and skin of natural oils, even with frequent use. My hair is very thin (thin strands and little hair); I also wash my hair every 2-4 days. Because Little Roseberry Shampoo is so mild, my hair loses volume after a day or two. So I use a different soapberry shampoo to get some extra cleaning power. But I would use Little Roseberry as a regular shampoo if I needed to wash my hair more often than usual. I will definitely buy this again. Ideal for body and hand washing! Even very greasy goat's milk soap dries out the hands through frequent washing; but little roseberry shampoo and shower gel make my skin soft. :)
