It does the job.
I do a lot of Lash Lifting & Tints treatments and wanted something that would dry my client's lashes between lift and color rather than using cotton swabs which seem to last forever. It's definitely faster with this one and I can clean my lashes when they're dry, which I like. It's not "loud", but it's not very quiet either, doesn't seem to bother my customers, and is only used briefly. That suits my needs.
