I'm 7-1/2 to 7-5/8 (23-1/2 inches) and this ski mask fits well and protects very well against wind penetration when cycling downhill on cold days. My glasses fog up, I wear a mask when I'm standing still but the airflow when I'm moving prevents that. I also wish the front neck was a bit longer, but it fits into my jacket and I'm not cold there yet , so no problem. All in all a great design as I can put it on and take it off quickly without having to fiddle with removing my helmet and balaclava. Also there was confusion when they listed it along with the full balaclava on the same page - I accidentally ordered the full balaclava and they just told me to leave it with a refund and I ordered this one instead! Unbeatable for customer service!
