Review on 🎧 ECS WordSmith USB In-Ear Transcription Headset with Advanced Noise Reduction by Jennifer Wilson

I bought two pairs of these headphones last year. Both sets are very disappointing. The little caps that cover the headphones' wires keep falling off exposing the wires. The wire for the headset is covered with a soft pad of some material, and the wire is pushed through the material. This is the second message that causes the wire to appear. It's very annoying to work with a cover that keeps falling off, but you don't want to glue it because there are wires underneath. I bought them a few years ago and they seemed to be much better made than these new ones. Expensive headset and it's great for clarity and noise cancellation but they fall apart and it's frustrating because I have to use them for work every day.
