-Very modern and user friendly interface.-Very easy to use and configure.-Well structured document management tool.-Document manager as a whole.-Easy to import content from third party vendors or document repositories.-Able to synchronize the content-Easy to archive the content.-The most outstanding part is the search option. -Very friendly and easy to setup and easy to understand.-It was easy to synchronize the content from third party vendors. Overall this is a very good DMS tool that can be used anytime when it comes to storage and information management. -The ability to search any document or any file and archive is very good and user friendly.-Easy to use and easy to understand so that even the user beginners can understand it.-Very useful for large companies. Easy to use software with all necessary functions for our day-to-day work as an event manager at a large hotel chain. The customer support is also very helpful! So far everything works fine but sometimes there are minor glitches (e.g., when trying to save files). We mainly used it during events, such as conferences etc.. It was easy to create new rooms/lobbies without much hassle since most of the room bookings were already done by another system which made this process easier than ever before.
