Strands are fully filled with outer sheath. Paracord feels round and firm, does not sag or dangle when touched. The diameter is larger than previously purchased 750 and 550 paracords that are marked "Made in the USA". Really very good quality. This paracord is made in China after I contacted customer service. Customer service is fast and polite. But I'm not sure if there is a difference in the quality of the nylon used to make thread, American or Chinese companies. I put my weight (150lbs) on it and the rope showed no signs of stretching.
