Not an exact replacement.
While they TECHNICALLY match the vivosmart 3, they don't look like the real thing. They don't have a little burr that gets stuck in the hole on the strap and they're a lot thicker. Without thickening, the end of the strap tends to stray far from the holder, even more so than the cane holder, which was already pretty bad.
