It keeps me cool and closed so I don't fry my skin
I bought a long sleeve and a short sleeve shirt in size M and they fit perfectly. I'm 5'10", about 185 pounds and of good build. Normally I would buy the large but after reading the reviews I decided on the medium and it fits like a glove. I bought it for hiking and mountaineering. Very satisfying
