Another adult wears children's clothes here :) I'm 5ft 1in, waist about 108lbs (27in). I bought tall girls. They fit me great! I also bought the adult version of these pants from Amazon in size xs but the girls version fits me better. Pants for girls were narrower in the waist and shorter than women's pants. It should be noted that the material used for trousers for women and girls is exactly the same. Interestingly, pants for girls are $40 and women's pants are $33. I left the girls pants to fit better. I washed these pants, the button at the waist fell off and the material started to roll up. I washed them in warm water and tumble dried them on medium/low. Although the loose button was annoying, I continued to wear them. Pants, because by adjusting the waist size, they still stay up. I've considered buying a second pair, but material pilling after a wash seems to be a bad sign. Will have to try another brand.
