This lap belt fits snugly around the waist and feels good so I gave it 3 stars; However, I didn't give it 5 stars because it was advertised as not making your stomach sweat. I used it for 4 different cardio sessions and when I took it off there wasn't a drop of sweat on it. This was the main reason for the purchase, so I am very disappointed. I was wondering why none of the customer's pics show the abs post workout and no belt, now I know why. If you are looking for a waist belt this will do, but if you are looking for a sport belt I suggest you look elsewhere.
