What I really like about this case is that it's one of the few that fits Victory Vision due to its size and trunk. It actually completely covers the bike above the exhaust pipe, leaving only a small portion of the wheels exposed. The material quality is very good and makes a well-made impression. I haven't had it in extreme conditions like heavy rain or strong winds. However, judging by how snug it fits, I believe it can stand Mother Nature's test. I really like the buckle that goes under the bike for a snug fit. I'm giving it 4 stars as the only way I can fit this cover is to start at the front of the bike and work my way to the back, pressing it firmly against the wide handlebars which I thought would be lighter. Overall I am very satisfied and can recommend this product.
