That doesn't even deserve one star. I am a Licensed Esthetician and as I have bought this product twice in the last 5 years I figured this would surely be a good buy again. Not correct! Maybe this product is a scam? I do not recommend anyone to buy this iron. When I close the plates on the hair section and start sliding down the section, the client's hair gets tugged. This makes it a very painful experience. The plates don't fit properly. Only the rightmost tip of the iron is touching, but I need both plates to touch and line up properly to get the best result. Now one of the logos has fallen off which again made me believe this iron is fake. It gives off heat quickly and gets very hot, but what's the point if it pulls customers' hair? I am very dissatisfied and unsatisfied. Go ahead, don't waste your time and money. I've added some photos along with the video. See for yourself how the plates don't touch.
