Good customer service. Not a sturdy rack. Get multiple single racks, instead.
***Update***Although the rack was not functional for what I needed, I can say that I received excellent customer service on handling that issue. Prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend 2, single rack over this double rack.This is my second double rack. Initially I purchased the same exact thing from a different company and had the same results. Unfortunately, this double rack isn't able to be used to even partial capacity as it can't handle the weight.The joint at the bottom seems to give and the whole thing sits crooked.like, with an extreme lean. It's too bad.I would recommend getting multiple single racks, instead or pay a little more for the sturdy rack.
